Primal Alexander (P.A.) is an unusual way 

to teach & learn the Alexander Technique because it doesn't require any hands-on kinesthetic guidance in order to help people learn how to improve their own Use.

Its development has given rise to new tools & frameworks that speed up learning, clarify principles for students and teachers alike, plus make it a lot easier to integrate the Alexander's discoveries into your daily life.

The PrimalLearningNetwork is an online community dedicated to exploring an alternative  approach to using Alexander's discoveries to solve the problems we face in our daily life.

For two weeks beginning Monday, May 5, all ten of our weekly classes will be open to anyone interested in experiencing or (re-experiencing) this new approach to applying & sharing the Alexander work.
